The Mentorship Class
The mentorship class is a six-month program that uses the trans-formative power of mentoring to groom a generation of revolutionary leaders and entrepreneurs. The program has been running since January 2017 taking on young people between the ages of 18 to 30. TMC was founded by Janet and Andrew Bugembe.
The core curriculum focuses on personal growth, entrepreneurship and leadership. Topics such as communication skills, career guidance, critical thinking, negotiating skills, launching your dream business and power of personal excellence are covered.
Opportunity Lies in the hands of the beholder
Often we pray for blessings to befall us. We wish we could snap a finger for our lives to turn for the better but never know when this shall happen. They are disguised, sometimes seems like the longest route to our goals but the prolonged journey is what grants our waited achievements. We ought to learn how to trust the process and be extremely patient.
In 2020, Ruth was awarded with a Certificate of Participation as a Mentee for successfully attending the six months program and acquiring skills.
In 2021, She was awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation as a Head Coach for dedication, determination, patience and the hard work exhibited.
