The client’s need was for a spacious condominium two-bedroomed apartment with each bedroom self-contained with a balcony, wardrobe, and water closet. The shared spaces include the lounge, common water closet, kitchen, and balcony. Each apartment makes up a total of 150 sqm per floor.

The apartments have made up of three typical floors alongside one fire escape to ease movement and a parking area of 6 parking lots. The plot area is 455 sqm with the proposed structure occupying 177 sqm only.
